FAQ

Vibration can cause sudden change in the intensity of the signal. In normal operation, this error will appear if the instrument been displaced.

Frequent vibration error are not normal and are usually due to the proximity between the instrument and the reflector. The instrument is best operated with a minimal distance of 8ft between the reflector and device.

If the distance is correct and frequent error still occurs, try to realign the laser on the reflector (observe the pattern reflected on the instrument and make sure that a bright spot overlays with the sensor hole)
